What a fantastic experience I had this week, colour with Abi and haircut with Lee. Hawthorn has a confident and highly trained team of stylists. It’s a real pleasure to sit in a salon that genuinely cares about their craft, their high standards for their clients and not settling for anything less than perfection. Relaxed , friendly atmosphere and Sami really takes time to listen to what I want and I’m so happy with the colour and cut . The products the salon uses are also very nice so your hair feels amazing too especially after the head massage from Maisie which is never rushed . The whole experience from arrival makes you feel like you are being taken care of and in good hands so you can just relax and enjoy the experience . I'm growing out an undercut and also wanted a fringe, she was great at talking through what would work for my hair where it is at the moment& how my natural hair line is and suggested a slightly different cut than I first had in mind to fit with that and the fact I like low maintenance, she took care to ensure it was what I wanted and we were in agreement before starting and had lots of attention to detail during the cut. All within an hour and for £50. I'll be back! I've been visiting Hawthorn for just over 2 years now and Sami always does an amazing job of colouring and cutting my cropped bleach blonde hair. I love the fact they're a sustainable Davines salon, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Well worth the drive from Tavistock.
